It was moon cake festivial yesterday... I enjoy myself but something when wrong. Because of a fire we created which resulted in police coming. That was bad experience man. Although I tink I was at fault but it was nt really a big fire and the cicil defence guy talk until abit attitude that everyone was pissed off with him. I don't think he deserve to be a sergent or a leader of the team as he don't really respect people, even his colleague. I tink that the other sergent of the civil defence is much more educate based on how he talk. Hmm, I mean more civilise.
I was happy that many bball friends and peers came to gather. It was really fun. We had mac for supper and den home sweet home.
Today was pouring again and it was really cold. I see that I'm gaining lean muscle and the muscle defination is coming out on the chest when I did the decline bench press and I am reallyy satisfied with that. I hope that I will build a better shape, hopefully like a fitness model as I dream to be one!!! A TONE body
