it's a tired day =)
WC Holland lose to Spain, But I will still be a strong supporter of NetherLands =)
They played well last night till the total 90min, it was a draw.
Gym today just to tone up my muscle, I guess I decrease alot, I cant bench with high volume so I just add the intensity to it.
Saw Clement today, it seems like he was quite okay le as compared to last nite.
Was quite tired, I was still up so late as I just get my last meal of the day with ice cream as desert. I will try to break down my meals, instead of the big 3 meals, I will be adding from four meals to six meals a day. Must eat more veggies and fruits for vitamins.

it was about to end the weekend for today but something bad really happen.
Clement injured himself during a bball session, I tink that hurts alot, hope he can recover fast.
Past few weeks was quite busy, things didn't seem smooth for me and I was on the downside of life. But thanks to my frens for giving me support and encouragement.
I know myself too well, I fail to be a badass although I really want to be one, I too soft hearted. I really fail.
Motivation goes to gym begins as I plan to tone up my body and to condition myself well, I think that Air Alert works, the leaps up is very useful, I notice I jump abit higher but I nv do much of the programme as it is too much intensity that will cause a cramp on my legs. I tink I need to be strict with my diet.
World cup wise, Let's hope for Netherland victory =)
